Like OP said - maybe bleep out rants and strings of swear words if it is an issue? Of course, I agree it should not be moderated to 18+. Why does it matter if it was a clip of someone else? Why would that matter? It is SummoningSalt's video that contains it. It's a speedrunner playing a game, somewhere in the middle of the video - hardly the stuff of R-rated content. It's not even him (SummoningSalt) swearing. However, if you *want* to monetize, and your audience might include kids, maybe *don't* include a 3 second clip containing 6 F bombs. YouTube moderation is broken and inconsistent.
